To confirm your booking 20% 20% Deposit of the total amount
60 days prior to departure (For Fit's only) 80% Remainder to complete Total Payment including flights to/from Galapagos
90 days prior to departure (For Charters only) 80% Remainder to complete Total Payment including flights to/from Galapagos
CANCELLATION POLICY FIT'S CHARTERS REMARKS
Confirmation date - 121 days before departure USD 1000 Cancellation fee FIT's: fee per person; Cancellation fee Charter: fee per charter
120 - 91 days prior to departure 20% 20% Penalty fee
90 - 61 days prior to departure 20% 100% Penalty fee
60 or less days prior to departure 100% 100% Penalty fee
IMPORTANT NOTES
1: Deposits/Total payments should be received on our bank account on the dates according to the above mentioned policy.
2: If Galapagos Odyssey does not receive the deposits/total payments according to the above mentioned policy we hold the right to cancel your reservation.
3: Galapagos Odyssey accepts only written cancellations, sent by e-mail or fax.
4: Penalty fees for cancellations will automatically be discounted from deposits/total payments.
